Krone bring new machines and technology to Lamma

Krone has announced that several machines will make their UK debut at Lamma next year, including the company’s newly launched ten-rotor tedder, the TC 1570 four-rotor rake and the RX 370 forage wagon.

The Vendro C 1120 comes complete with OptiTurn technology and offers a working width of 11.2m. It’s available with either a drawbar or three-point hitch connection, with manual or electro-hydraulic height adjustment and a defined headland position.

Onto the company’s rake portfolio, the Swadro TC 1570 bridges the gap between the existing 13.7m and 19m rakes, with four rotors offering a working width of 15.7m. It uses the V-frame design and comes with ISOBUS control and an advanced colour display.

Also making its debut is the RX 370 self-loading forage wagon, available in 33m3, 37m3 or 40m3 capacities. It features the OptiGrass cutting system, with the 2.12m EasyFlow pick up and the company’s SpeedSharp blade grinder for the 40 or 54-blade knife bank.

As an option, a 200-litre additive tank and applicator are available, and the machine comes with full ISOBUS control.

Krone will also have numerous mowers, including the BiG M, plus two BiG Pack balers and two BiG X foragers, as well as the recently launched GX wagon, displayed on stand 19 530.

    SmartBale app

Visitors will also be able to see the SmartBale mobile app, which is compatible with the BaleConnect and SmartConnect systems.

GPS tracking enables operators to easily track and collect bales in the field, as well as providing useful data including dimensions, weight and moisture content so that bales can be separated into appropriate groups.
