On the 28th and 29th of April, Claydon Drills will open the doors at the family farm and manufacturing facility to show how the company’s crop establishment machinery is designed and manufactured.
The annual open days provide visitors with an opportunity to look around the factory, view the full range of products, discuss grant funding and tour the farm to see the diverse range of spring and winter cropping.
Claydon staff will be on hand to discuss how the Opti-Till system reduces crop establishment costs when compared to plough or min-till systems.
The events will also feature speakers from Ceres Rural, Frontier and Soil Capital, covering topics including farm profitability, additional income streams, the reintroduced SFI scheme and how cover crops can improve soil health.
Both days will have a morning session (8.15-13.00) and an afternoon session (12.30-17.15), with lunch and refreshments included.
Those interested in attending should register by Wednesday, the 22nd of April, by contacting Rachel, either on 01440 820327 or by email marketing@claydondrill.com, indicating which of the four sessions you would like to attend and your dietary requirements.
