Danish robotics manufacturer Agrointelli, which was included in last year’s Tractor of the Year competition, is on the hunt for new ownership after being issued a bankruptcy order by the Bankruptcy Court in Herning.
The order was issued after the company was found to lack sufficient liquidity to continue operating.
In a statement on the company’s LinkedIn page, the business was still intact, with all employees still working on confirmed orders. Any sale would be for the assets, without taking over any existing liabilities, and would include the option to transfer employees.
The sale is set to be conducted before March 12, so details of new ownership should arrive soon.
