New Fendt machines to debut at Cereals

Visitors to Cereals will be able to see the new Fendt 800 tractor and the latest Rogator 645 self-propelled sprayer this year.

“Fendt has launched new 500, 700, 800 and 1000 series models in the last 12 months and the Cereals crowd will be able to get their hands on the latest 826 if they visit the Fendt stand.

“There will also be an MT943 on the stand to demonstrate Fendt’s commitment to offering tracked tractors for heavy draft work,” says Fendt’s Ed Dennett.

The new self-propelled sprayer includes improved electronic, pneumatic nozzle bodies, Banjo plumbing connections and valves, and the ContiRinse system to improve accuracy and reduce downtime.

These updates are available on the 645, 655 and 665 Rogator, with the top model boasting a 6000-litre tank capacity and 307hp engine to operate a 24 or 36m working width.

“There have been feature updates on the boom height control, which means that spray height is optimised at 50 centimetres through the Rogator’s OptiSonic ultrasonic boom,” adds Ed.

The new 800 Vario range has three models, each available with either Power+, Profi and Profi+ specifications, and featuring the DynamicPerformance boost concept.

Each is powered by a Core80 engine, with the Fendt iD technology to keep the engine speed to a minimum. Each tractor can reach 40kph at 950rpm, 50kph at 1,200rpm and 60kph at just 1,450rpm.

“The 800 Vario range appeals to both arable and mixed farms and is likely to prove popular with contractors looking to optimise power-to-weight ratios and improve fuel efficiency. All Fendt tractors and the Rogator range operate FendtONE which has also seen recent updates and is now free to download for all Fendt customers,” says Ed.

Fendt will exhibit on stand 822 and demonstrate its latest sprayer technology in the Sprays and Sprayers Arena.
