Berry Global, the parent company of Silotite, is reporting strong uptake for the Silotite Pro1800 Sustane range of film, which incorporates 25% post-consumer recycled content.

The company estimates that more than 2m bales were wrapped with Sustane this season, with feedback suggesting that more users will purchase the bale wrap in 2025.

The wrap is RecyClass certified, ensuring the recycled content is fully traceable and diverted from landfills.

“Our goal is to drive meaningful change by creating products that balance sustainability with practical benefits for our customers,” said Bart Geeraert, commercial director at Berry Global.

“We’re thrilled to see the positive impact of Silotite Pro1800 Sustane, with data confirming the successful use of recycled content to reduce reliance on virgin materials.”
