Developed to suit the company’s range of Jumbo forage wagons and Impress balers, as well as retrofit onto other brands, the Pöttinger Liquido F front tank is designed to carry and distribute silage additives.
Two models are available, with the 2000 offering application rates up to 245 litres/hr, while the 3000 increases this to 470 litres/hr thanks to two additional nozzles.
A digital flowmeter is included with the ability to adjust the flow rate in 10% increments. On the 3000, this can be done automatically based on the target rate and operating conditions.
Both models can be switched on and off at the touch of a button, or based on the pick-up position, and automatically shut down when the pick-up is lifted out of work. As an option, the Liquido F 3000 can also automatically adjust the application rate based on the forward speed.
Each comes with a 200 litre main tank, with the option of a 400 litre version, as well as a fresh water tank and a handwash tank, and the company states that cleaning out the tank can be done in just a few steps.
A level indicator is included as standard, as well as a jaw hitch and a toolbox. Optional extras include work lights and storage rollers. The width can be adjusted between 2.55m and 2.85m, and it can be used as a front ballast.
