The Yokohama Off-Highway Tires company has announced 12 additional sizes in the Alliance Agri Star II range, with five new products in the 70 Series, four in the 85 Series and three in the 90-95 Series.

These can be ordered through the company’s distribution network across Europe. .  “We see with enormous pride that customers in different markets such as Spain, Italy, Netherlands, France and Russia, for example, highly appreciate and value the Agri Star II and give very positive feedback via our field engineers and distribution partners”, said Angelo Noronha, President Europe at ‎Yokohama Off-Highway Tires.

The Agri Star II is said to excel in terms of performance, prolonged traction, durability and design and therefore offers excellent value for money.

“It is highly motivating to see that quality and performance of Alliance tires and particularly the Agri Star II receives more and more recognition. This is mirrored in customer feedback from various markets”, highlighted Angelo Noronha with a few examples: “Particular comments reached us from France, referring to the good balance between grip and preservation of the soil, efficiency and quality, the level of performance and comfort that was reported to match that of more expensive brands, and hence a price-performance ratio that is in favour of the Agri Star II.

“Comments from Italy particularly addressed more adherence, more powerful traction and more stability in the field, also when the soil is wet, in addition to self-cleaning characteristics that were reported to clearly exceed those of the tire brands used before. In another example, feedback from Spain included comments on the excellent experiences with the Alliance brand in general and the Agri Star II in particular, which led to recommending this pattern to other farmers. And of course, the fact that Agri Star ll is nominated as “Best Agricultural Tire” for the prestigious Spanish Premios Hevea Award which is now postponed until March 2022.”

    The new sizes are 240/70R16, 360/70R28, 520/70R30, 260/70R20, 580/70R42 for the 70 Series. In the 85 Series, the following can be ordered as of now: 250/85R24, 280/85R20, 320/85R34, 420/80R46. In the 90-95 Series: 210/95R16, 320/90R42, 420/90R30.
