Field performance and data integration headline CEAT Agritechnica stand

The CEAT Specialty stand at Agritechnica will include a comprehensive overview of the company’s latest generation technology, designed to integrate with increasingly autonomous equipment and farm management systems, while still reducing compaction and providing high levels of traction and fuel efficiency.

One of the highlights is the Yieldmax VFlex tyre, designed for harvesters and high-capacity sprayers, with cyclic load operation technology to deal with varying loads at low pressures. The ultra-wide tread provides a wide contact area for reduced compaction, while the rounded shoulders protect crops during operation. The range is available with both increased flexion (IF) and very high flexion (VF) technology, providing between 20-40% operating pressures.

The latest SprayMax tyres will also be on display, with rounded shoulders and a stepped lug design that is said to improve grip and traction. The lugs overlap at the centre, with a tie bar running down the middle of the tread for greater comfort on the road. These units also come with an increased non-skid depth which improves the lifetime of the tyre.

    Trailer boots

The latest FloatMax VF trailer tyres offer both floatation and VF technology for a 40% reduction in field pressures. The new generation has a directional lug pattern, which CEAT states will protect against aquaplaning, as well as improve the overall handling on the road, while the large central rib provides additional traction in the field.

    Built for tractors

Looking at the tractor range, and the latest generation TorqueMax has a tilted lug tip which offers reduced vibration and noise levels from the tyre, while the high angle and lug overlap at the centre helps with performance on the road.

This lug angle lowers towards the rounded shoulders for greater traction in the field, while also protecting the crop and the soil.

For tractors working on hard surfaces, as well as compact wheeled loaders, the MultiLoadMax has a segmented, block-style tread pattern which a large central rib for improved roading. A steel belt at the crown is said to offer increased stability, as well as puncture resistance, while the tough casing and rigidity offers unform ground pressure and tread wear.

At the shoulder, the grooved design helps with driving comfort and self-cleaning performance.

    Into the forest

There are also updates to the company’s forestry range, including the Forest XL for harvesting equipment. These are manufactured with a durable tread and sidewall compound which provides protection from cuts and tears, as well as increased durability when traversing difficult terrain.

For skid steers working within forestry operations, or in difficult terrain, the Logger XL has 23deg directional tread, with deep lugs for working in wet and muddy scenarios. The high-strength carcass contains multiple nylon layers, with wide steel breakers which are said to provide excellent puncture resistance.

Completing the Logger XL is an extra thick sidewall and shoulder deflector for better stability and protection against damage, while the rim protector reduces the risk of bead damage.

    Smart tyres

At Agritechnica 2025, the brand is unveiling its latest efforts in digital integration, where tyres become active participants in the farm’s data ecosystem. Select models now support sensor and telematics compatibility, enabling real-time monitoring of tyre pressure, temperature, and wear.

This integration is said to provide:

    • Optimised fuel usage and reduced downtime
    • Prevention of blowouts and extended tyre life
    • Synced tyre performance with GPS-guided machinery
