Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (YOHT) has announced the new Alliance Agriflex+ 373, designed for both field and road use with its combination of the Alliance-manufactured Stratified Layer technology and very high flexion (VF) design.
“This will be the first time any manufacturer has introduced a hybrid VF tire with R1-W tread depth for both on & off-road applications with the Stratified Layer Technology (SLT) – which YOHT uses with its Agri Star ll. We believe that with this solution, we have completed our VF range in the tractor segment. For machines having usage in the field as well as on the road, one should use the Agriflex+ 373 for all-around performance as well as better ROI,” said Ole Baek, vice president – North & West at YOHT.
SLT is said to provide prolonged traction, while the centre-block profile ensures good readability, with greater comfort and reduced vibrations. The VF technology enables fieldwork to be done at significantly reduced tyre pressure.
