Meadow Foods has announced that it will be increasing its milk price by +2.15ppl from 1st January, taking their standard A litre milk price to 26.55ppl. This is the seventh consecutive monthly milk price increase from the company, which has seen its overall price increase by 9.55ppl since July.
Simon Chantler, Executive Chairman at Meadow Foods, comments: “We continue to remain focused on returning any milk price improvements as quickly as possible to our producers as we remain conscious that things remain difficult at this time. We will continue to watch the market closely and hope to continue to move our price forward as soon as we can.”
