Cefetra Grain to highlight sustainability at Cereals

At this year’s Cereals, Cefetra Grain will be displaying multi-nutrient, low chloride fertiliser Poly4, derived from naturally occurring polyhalite and certified for organic farming.

The product will be mined by Anglo American, with members of the team on hand to demonstrate the reported benefits of the product – which contains four of the six essential macronutrients that crops need.

Cefetra will also promote its progress in growing the business across the UK and the benefits to growers of Cefetra Ecosystem Services, which is helping bridge customers and sustainable suppliers as well as helping them find financial returns for sustainable practises.

Simon Wilcox, manager – UK Farm Grain Origination, said: “We are pleased to be attending Cereals 2024 and to promote the progress we are making on innovation and sustainability.

“Cereals is a hugely popular and well-attended event, so as a leading supply chain manager for grains and animal feed raw materials, we are delighted to showcase our work while meeting with farmers, leading experts and peers from across the industry.”
