Following an agreement at EIMA 2024, the SDF Group has announced that Vredestein Traxion tyres will be offered as original equipment on the Series 6 Deutz-Fahr tractor range.

From the first quarter of 2025, all Series 6 machines can be specified with one of four combinations of Vredestein Traxion rubber.

    The initial configurations will be:

    • 710/70R38 171D TL and 600/65R28 154D TL Traxion XXL
    • 650/65R42 165D TL and 540/65R30 150D TL Traxion 65
    • 650/65R38 163D TL and 540/65R28 142D TL Traxion 65
    • 580/70R38 155D TL and 480/70R28 140D TL Traxion 70

“We are honoured that Deutz-Fahr has selected our Traxion tyres for its Series 6 tractors. This decision comes in response to the increased demand from contractors and farmers operating Deutz-Fahr tractors, who appreciate the value of Vredestein tyres,” said Laurence Bennett, head of off-highway tyres at Apollo Tyres.

“Our Traxion technology is designed to deliver superior performance, with enhanced traction, comfort and extended tyre life – all crucial factors for demanding agricultural work. This partnership reflects the strong reputation we’ve built in the market.”
