The newly incorporated Househam Group Ltd has acquired the trade and assets of Househam Sprayers Ltd, which entered administration earlier this month.
According to a statement, this will put the company on a stable financial footing and provide a platform for long-term sustainability and growth.
To support this, a board of directors and a senior management team have been established to work alongside managing director Robert Willey. This consists of Nick Snowden (commercial director), Dean Eaton (operations director), and Frank Pearson (finance director).
The Senior Management Team includes Andrew Todd (supply chain), Stephen Melton (product support), Andrew Tingey (engineering), and Danielle Pole (HR & marketing).
Robert Willey said: “We are excited to relaunch under a new name whilst continuing to deliver the expertise and quality our customers and partners trust. This transition strengthens our foundation, ensures continuity in our services, and unlocks new growth opportunities.”
Househam Group retains the 47 employees of Househam Sprayers and will continue to manufacture self-propelled sprayers. The transition will reportedly not impact any ongoing projects or customer relationships.
Customers, suppliers and partners will receive direct communication about any updates going forward.
