Mike Bendall has joined Vicon as key account manager covering the east of England and the south east regions.
He brings a vast wealth of experience to the brand, having spent the last 37 years working for a major agricultural machinery manufacturer, initially in the sales office, and for the last 26 years as a territory manager.
During this time, he has provided hands-on backup and support for dealers and customers, and carried out countless machinery demonstrations and sales, on a wide variety of farm machinery and equipment.
With a farming background and considerable experience of machinery sales, dealer support and agricultural engineering, Mike is enthusiastic about his new role.
“It’s great to be working with such a forward-thinking and technology-focussed company,” he says. “A lot of the Vicon products are the types of machines that are familiar to me, though I’m also looking forward to learning much more about sprayers, crop care and precision farming systems.”
