Agricultural and environmental consultancy, Brown&Co, has chosen Air Ambulances UK (AAUK) as its charity of the year for 2023.

AAUK is a national charity supporting the UK’s air ambulance charities. Fundraising by Brown&Co will go towards aiding this, with the aim of improving patient outcomes and saving more lives.

Simmy Akhtar, AAUK CEO, said: “We are incredibly grateful and honoured to be chosen as the charity of the year for Brown&Co. Air Ambulances UK champions, supports and represents the vital work of 21 air ambulance charities.

“Every day across the UK, air ambulances are dispatched to over 100 missions and each mission is funded almost entirely by the generosity of our local communities.

“We look forward to working with Brown&Co and are thankful that with their support we will help air ambulance charities to save even more lives and improve patient outcomes.”

Georgia Dawson, marketing manager at Brown&Co, said “Brown&Co is thrilled to be fundraising for Air Ambulances UK for 2023/24. With 11 offices across the country, each team will be supporting its local air ambulance charity, raising awareness at a local and national level.

“Brown&Co hopes to make a real difference by enabling air ambulance charities to save even more lives and remain at the forefront of pre-hospital care.”
