The construction of Avant Tecno’s new UK headquarters has reached a new milestone with its topping-out ceremony.

Development has been underway since late last year with local firm SEH French to build the 32,200sq ft facility, which will be the UK hub for the company.

Representatives from Avant Tecno, including managing director Raimo Ala-Korpi, and Churchmanor Estates gathered with the development team at Suffolk Business Park for the occasion, during which Raimo was presented with a commemorative plaque.

He said: “Thanks to our robust growth in recent years, our headquarters will relocate to these new premises in Autumn 2024. It will boast a dedicated dealer training facility, a showroom for showcasing our latest innovations, flexible workspaces for collaboration, efficient warehouse technology, and a technical workshop. This project signifies a significant investment for our UK operations.

“We have worked closely together with SEH French, Churchmanor and other partners in this project, and these are exciting times when we see all the hard work finally coming together. Despite the challenging weather conditions in the last four months, this topping out ceremony and build is on schedule, and we can’t wait to see how our final home will be presented.”

Neil Pryke, contracts manager at SEH French, said: “It has been a privilege to contribute to the construction of this prestigious headquarters for Avant Tecno.

“Our team is committed to delivering excellence, and we look forward to handing over the keys upon completion.”

Matt Cloke, development director at Churchmanor Estates, added: “With the project more than halfway complete, we are very pleased it has reached this very important milestone, and look forward to its final completion and handover to Avant Tecno on time and on budget by the end of the summer.”

The new headquarters is due to be completed in August. For more information go to www.avanttecno.com
