JCB has announced an online store for customers to quickly order spare parts and minimise downtime.
Parts and attachments general manager – product and marketing, Tania Tams, said: “We know how crucial uptime is for our customers. JCB Parts Online has been created to make sourcing genuine parts more convenient. The platform offers components from across the full JCB equipment range, accessed exactly when and where customers need them. Ordered direct they are supplied and supported by the local dealers that our customers know they can depend on.
“While non-genuine alternatives may appear attractive, they do not meet the same standards of fit, durability or testing. This can affect performance, reduce reliability, increase wear and potentially compromise warranty protection and long-term machine value.”
The website will enable customers to place orders out of hours, which are then fulfilled by the company’s existing dealer network. According to the company, fast, accurate picking and dispatch will mean that parts arrive as soon as possible.
Click and collect from the dealer’s depot is available on the same day, or the next day, or parts can be delivered directly to the customer with next day delivery available.
More than 1,200 of the most in-demand parts are currently available on the website, with more to be added throughout 2026, and customers can search through the catalogue using their machine serial number or specific parts numbers.
