Winner of the Tractor of the Year Sustainable TotY award last year, the JCB Fastrac 6300 will make its public working debut at ScotGrass next month.
It will be shown alongside the latest JCB 435S loading shovel, Loadall 542-100 telescopic handler and the new TM110 ultra-compact telescopic wheeled loader.
Examples of the 335hp Fastrac 6300 will be working alongside the 235hp Fastrac 4220 on the McHale demonstration plot, and the company expects visitors to be impressed by its agility and power when working with high-capacity grassland kit.
It retains the front and rear axle suspension seen on the 4000 series, as well as the high road speeds up to 66kph.
The engine and transmission are supplied by FPT and ZF, respectively, and the cabin includes the iCON control system, with Isobus control, factory-installed precision farming systems and a multi-mode guidance system.
Said to be unique to JCB, customers can also opt for twin satellite receivers that independently control the front and rear axles to minimise drift when working on hills.
