Weidemann has announced four new models in its wheeled loader portfolio.
The 2090, 2090T, 3090 and 3090T are available with either a standard load arm, or a telescopic arm (T) and include several new features according to the company.
These include Dynamic Loading Assistance, a series of intelligent functions such as automatic bucket return, tilt-in-assist to crowd the bucket as the arm is raised, bucket shake, height limiters and tele-retract.
Using ultrasonic sensors at the rear, the area around the machine is monitored, and a visual and acoustic warning is sent to the operator if an object is detected. This is complemented by a rear camera.
LED lights are also standard, with a coming home function, while the loading sensitivity can be adjusted across each of the load arm sections.
A new four-post cabin is fitted, with a seven-inch display and multifunctional joystick, as well as new storage options and heating and ventilation.
The 2090 models are powered with a 68hp Rehlko engine, while the 3090 and 3090T feature a 75hp unit. Both use the electronic ecDrive system to modify engine output based on the power demand. Engines are installed inversely to improve air intake and minimise the transfer of heat to the cabin.
This installation also makes maintenance access easier.
On the non-telescopic models, the lift height at the hinge pin is 3.24m or 3.39m, increasing to 4.3m or 4.98m on T machines.
“With the new 90s models from Weidemann, we are providing an ideal range of machine sizes and performance for challenging applications. Our goal was to develop powerful and technically well-designed work machines for professional users. Practical features and high-quality standard components position the 90s series in the market for professional application and to serve demanding customer segments,” says Andrew Voigt, commercial director.
