Laura Dolphin has been promoted to the role of Dengie national sales manager after three years with the company. An equine science graduate, she will take responsibility for Dengie’s UK sales team.
“I am thrilled with my new job and really looking forward to the challenges that it will bring,” said Laura, previously North West & Wales area sales manager. “I’ve inherited a strong and experienced team who are all highly focused and extremely dynamic.
“It is going to be a real pleasure working alongside them as we drive forward with the Dengie brand. Our products are highly respected by the equestrian community and it feels great to be associated with a range of fibre feeds that are so widely acknowledged to benefit the health and wellbeing of all horses and ponies.”
Dengie managing director Ian Hassard added: “I would like to congratulate Laura and wish her every success for the future. The position of national sales manager attracted a number of highly qualified external candidates, but it was Laura’s professionalism, approach and experience which singled her out as our preferred choice.”
Laura lives in Shropshire with her husband, Stephen, and two boys, Elliott, eight, and Barney, five, who are all rugby-mad. She has ridden since the age of four and now owns an Irish Sport Horse on whom she used to event and a Haflinger pony.
