    Horsch partners with Claas in East Anglia and the South East

    Horsch UK is partnering with two Claas UK dealership groups, Manns & Kirby and Claas Southern, to provide its full range of cultivators, drills and sprayers to farmers across East Anglia and the South East. From 1st January 2017, Horsch equipment will be available through the two dealership groups.

    Manns and Kirby, which operates six branches in East Anglia and Leicestershire, has made strategic appointments of both sales and service ‘Horsch Champions’ to enhance customer support at each dealership branch and a dedicated service team will assist with after sales support. Claas Southern, which serves farmers in the south east, has also added Horsch sales and service specialists to their branches at Ashford, Kent and Petworth, West Sussex.

    “This exciting new partnership brings together two premium brand German family companies and will open up further growth opportunities for both businesses,” said Richard Vaughan, Director of Retail Operations at Claas UK. “Claas is the global leading harvesting specialist and an established tractor manufacturer in Europe, offering an extensive choice of models to suit every farming requirement. With the new Horsch partnership, Manns and Kirby and Claas Southern are well positioned to supply and support quality farm equipment into the future to our valued customers.”

    Stephen Burcham, General Manager at Horsch UK, highlighted the natural product balance of the two businesses. “Both Horsch and Claas are focused on delivering innovative farming solutions that offer the highest levels of performance and reliability. When supported by professional dealers, like Manns and Kirby and Claas Southern, our customers can be sure of the very best service.”
