Loretta Hughes customer account manager Cornwall

Two NMR staff bring a wealth of experience from the farming and dairy industries to their new roles in the NMR Cornish team.

Loretta Hughes is now customer account manager in Cornwall, moving from area field manager. She joined NMR in 2010 as an area co-ordinator.

Working throughout the county, Loretta is responsible for customer support for NMR services. Growing up on a dairy farm near Looe, she maintains a keen interest in the industry at a practical level, but she also has a keen interest in new developments that can improve dairy unit performance.

Kath Annear joins NMR as the area field manager for Cornwall and west Devon. She moves to NMR from Cornwall Farmers and Mole Valley Farmers where she was assistant store manager. Kath has also 10 years’ experience as an animal health inspector for Cornwall Trading Standards.

After learning to milk cows in the early 90’s on a neighbouring farm near Bodmin, Kath has maintained a keen interest in the dairy sector and in following the development of the industry. In her new role of co-ordinating NMR’s on-farm milk recording operation in the area, she is enjoying witnessing the developments in systems and practices in the milking and dairy management routines.
