HorschConnect is a new product family from Horsch, that aims to make the exchange of data as efficient as possible, and the link between customer, dealer and Horsch much neater.
HorschConnect includes the increasing digitalisation of Horsch machines, as operators can use apps such as the MobileControl app, to control a machine via a smartphone, or the HorschConnect Telematics Portal, to record telemetry data.
With HorschConnect, a farmer can see machine information and send machine instructions, while remote diagnostics of machine information and error messages allow for a proactive and targeted service.
SmartCan hardware connects the machine to the internet or a smartphone, using an integrated WLAN and GPS modem, and an integrated memory card guarantees an additional data back-up if mobile network coverage is not available.
HorschConnect is available across the full Horsch seed drill and sprayer ranges and will be compatible with other external systems in the future. Horsch is focussing on compatibility and connectivity to other control systems and telemetry also.
