Following the announcement that Ktwo would relaunch the Warwick brand of trailers, Lamma was the first opportunity for many to see the revitalised brand.
The company stated that the relaunch was a key milestone and a response to customer demand. Launching at Lamma, the Warwick brand now also includes the Eco muckspreader range. Previously available in the Ktwo livery, the Eco is designed for small scale operators and retains the features and finish that Ktwo is known for.
Also on the stand was a redesigned version of the Ktwo Compact & Push trailer. Founder Terry Kelloway explained the reasons behind the new design, based on the Curve tipper trailer.
“The integration of the Curve tipper style body in our trailers significantly bolsters their longitudinal strength, ensuring they maintain squareness and rigidity during compaction or ejection, which keeps the pusher grain tight and ensures tight seals on the headboard.”
The new design also improves manufacturing efficiency, enabling a streamlined production process supported by jig-based construction and reducing the number of parts required. The new body also reduces the overall weight of the unit, allowing users to carry more while staying within the 31-tonne gross weight limit.
