Strautmann will showcase its latest muckspreader models at the event, the MS 105 and MS 120, offering capacities of 10.3cu m and 12cu m respectively. Each uses four vertical rotors as standard, said to evenly break down material and offer a spread width up to 8m.
For those spreading a range of materials, a universal spreading system is available, with a slurry door and two spreading discs, each fitted with six throwing blades. According to the company, this can handle manures and compost, as well as lime and chicken muck, spreading up to 21m depending on the product.
As a further option, the universal spreading system can be fitted with a cardan drive for smooth running and high-power transmission, with hydraulic border spread deflectors available.
The MS 105 has a wooden floor and four 10mm rounded steel chains, while the flagship has a plastic base and 13mm chains. The uprated specification can be fitted to the smaller model on request. Both have a loading height that starts at 2.05m, with folding 250mm attachments to increase the loading volume without impacting loading.
