Landquip introduces new mounted sprayer range

Suffolk manufacturer Landquip has introduced a new mounted range of sprayers, said to fill the gap between its small, amenity machines and its larger, agriculture units.

The XRF is available with boom widths from 12 to 15m and tank capacities up to 1,200 litres. It’s designed for tractors up to 150hp, with a compact coupling system to maintain an optimum centre of gravity,

According to the company, the 1,000-litre, 12m 1012 model weighs just 850kg.

The tank is made from high-grade polyethene, with ultra-smooth inner and outer surfaces and an efficient sump for easy draining and cleaning.

The 65-litre wash tank is made from the same material, with a 20-litre hand wash and 30-litre, swing-out chemical induction bowl, which includes a wash, hopper wash and agitation setting as standard.

Hydraulic, rear folding booms are coupled close to the tank and fold down to just 2.6m for transport, with stainless steel spraylines and mono or tri-jet nozzle bodies. These can be upgraded to an acetal resin polymer for greater wear resistance.

Both the left and right side are independently suspended, with two-directional breakback, while the mast enables spray heights between 0.3 and 2.1m.

Up to seven electronic sections are available as an option, along with GPS rate control, mapping and automatic section control. The XRF starts at £12,750 (ex. VAT).
