You may already be aware that DairyCo is hosting a webinar aimed at all levy payers to inform and update on the work that is being done, often unseen, to promote the dairy industry with the public & media. This work takes on even greater importance during periods of turbulence for the industry.

The drop in milk price over the last few months has resulted in an increase in focus from media and the public. As a DairyLeader they know consumer promotion is an important issue to you, and you will have an interest in the way they communicate the passion and intricacies of the dairy farming industry in a way the public understands, and in turn values.

This webinar takes place on Wednesday 18 February at 7pm.

They will be sharing information on:

    • Their on-going consumer campaigns
    • How they share crucial market information
    • Their work with local & national media to co-ordinate interviews with indutry representatives
(from farmers to other dairy industry experts)

As well as providing you with an opportunity to ask questions.

If you would like to submit questions to them on the topics referred to above ahead of the event then please email or tweet them @AHDB_DairyCo including the hashtag #PromoteDairy.
