Fertiliser manufacturer ICL has announced the third, and you would assume last, acquisition of 2024. The company is set to purchase GreenBest, a UK-based manufacturer specialising in bespoke fertilisers for horticulture, sports turf and landscaping.
It follows the acquisitions of Nitro 1000, a Brazilian developer and distributor of biostimulants, and CAF, a North American provider of agricultural formulations, including liquid adjuvants and enhanced nutrients.
“With over 25 years of expertise in custom manufacturing of advanced granular and liquid nutrition, GreenBest has built a strong reputation for agility and customer-focused solutions,” says Elad Aharonson, president of ICL Growing Solutions.
“Its established presence in the horticulture, landscape and turf sectors, combined with a strong distribution network, enhances our ability to deliver sustainable, tailor-made solutions to customers worldwide.”
GreenBest is based in Somerset and has built a reputation for flexible production capabilities, to produce any quantity of its fertilisers.
