Two family-owned dealerships, Rickerby and Gordons, have both been awarded the Claas UK Dealer of the Year award.
The award recognises the overall level of performance in four key areas: market share, customer satisfaction, dealer standards and financial benchmarking.
Both dealerships were celebrated at the company’s dealer council meeting, held at the Claas tractor factory in Le Mans, France.
Rickerby is the manufacturer’s largest UK dealer, with nine branches serving customers from Lancashire and Northumberland up to the Firth of Forth in Scotland.
It shares the award with Gordons, one of the oldest dealerships in the UK. Gordons is based at Castle Douglas in Dumfries & Galloway, with five branches across the south west of Scotland.
Rickerby was also awarded the Dealer Excellence Award – Gold in recognition of high levels of service and support.
