Kuhn launches new online customer portal

Kuhn Farm Machinery has launched a new online portal, MyKUHN, which makes it easier for customers to access an entire library of machinery specific information, operator manuals, spare parts catalogues and expert advice and information.

Already successfully launched on the Continent (the service was launched in Poland in June 2017 and is being rolled out in the UK, Germany, France and other European and North American countries throughout 2018), MyKUHN is free to access via any PC, smartphone or tablet where there is access to the internet and is available for all new and used Kuhn machines.

MyKUHN improves Kuhn’s post-sales customer service experience by offering quick and easy links to resources from three main categories:

    24/7 Technical Support

MyKUHN enables Kuhn customers to register their machines’ serial numbers and, in turn, to get quick and easy access to each machine’s specific parts list and operator manuals.  Making these key documents available online removes the need for customers to keep paper copies, which on a busy farm, or in a hectic farm workshop, can often get misplaced or, over time become torn and illegible.  By making these documents available to view online, the customer will know they has access to the most up-to-date information for their specific machine.

Click and collect Kuhn genuine parts

By enabling quick and easy online access to Kuhn’s entire spare parts catalogue and individual machine schematics, customers will be able to identify and order genuine KUHN spares with minimal effort.  There is also the possibility for the customers to create a parts wish-list that will be sent direct to their selected KUHN dealership. Once the dealer receives a parts wish-list, they are able to process them as an order and contact the customer to advise when it will be ready for collection.

    Expert advice

Users of Kuhn equipment will also be able to access an exclusive online channel of technical and agronomic tips, advice and articles to get the best out of their fleet of machines.  Registered users will also receive advanced notice of special offers, product improvements, hardware and software updates, events and new machine launches, as well as exclusive offers on Kuhn financing.

Once registered to use MyKUHN, customers will be able to tailor the type and level of information they receive by customising their own preferences according to their areas of interest.  In this way, users will be able to build their own library of content and will only receive information that is of specific relevance to their machinery fleet or applicable to their farming operations.
