Continuing to fill its portfolio with products that aid with health and safety or security, importer WM Agri introduced the Danish-built GPS-Safe at Lamma.
It comprises a box that fits around roof-mounted GPS receivers, with two built-in locks.
According to the manufacturer, it takes less than 30 minutes to install but means that thieves will not be able to remove the receiver without power tools – meaning thefts will take significantly longer, increasing the chances of them giving up or being caught due to the increased noise.
As there are no alterations to the receiver, the GPS-Safe does not affect the warranty and bespoke units can be made for systems not currently catered for.
Critically, as the receiver is not completely covered, it will not limit the signal, meaning that operations are not affected.
