ADR UK Tyremart Ltd has announced the acquisition of The British Rubber Company (BRC) as part of its strategic expansion.

BRC has a 98-year legacy in the UK, selling wheels and tyres both direct to consumers and on a wholesale basis.

Commenting on the acquisition, Pawel Tomczak, managing director of ADR UK Tyremart LTD, said: “We are thrilled to welcome BRC into the ADR family. Combining BRC’s rich heritage and distribution expertise with our extensive track record in supporting OEMs in the agricultural machinery sector will undoubtedly bolster our market position and enhance our service offerings.”

According to the company, the acquisition will present multiple opportunities, including an expanded market reach and enhanced product offering, with BRC’s portfolio of wheels and tyres complementing the ADR range of axle and suspension systems.

It will also streamline operations, reducing costs and improving the management of the supply chain.
