Crawfords Group has announced that Agwood will be fully integrated, with the Agwood brand ceasing to exist from the 31st of March.
The transition will not affect staffing or locations, with the same team members staying on to provide sales, service and support.
The merger will combine the resources and expertise of both firms, reportedly enabling the company to deliver greater value.
