Bobcat has introduced the Machine IQ telematics system, connecting customers to their machine information at any time and from any device.
The system allows customers to check the health of their machines and remotely track information to enhance maintenance, security and performance from their smart devices or laptops.
Web and mobile apps
The company launched Machine IQ – dubbed Customer Machine IQ Beta – to give all customers access to this technology. It is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch, and all customers across Europe and Israel have access to the premium features until the end of June 2023.

Signing up for Customer Machine IQ
Customers can connect to the system by going to my.bobcat.com and creating an account. Alternatively, the app can be downloaded from the Apple and Android stores, where there are QR codes that can be scanned to sign up for Machine IQ.
The system can be installed on compatible machines already in the field. Customers can contact their local dealers to check compatibility and find out how the system can help their businesses.
