Holden Fencing Imports recommends Milwaukee Crimp Kit

Lancashire-based Holden Fencing Imports has reported that the Milwaukee ForceLogic Fence Crimp Kit is proving popular with fencing contractors.

Force Logic is designed to improve the way high-force tools are used, with each tool aiming to deliver user satisfaction.

James Holden, director of Holden Fencing Imports, said: “It’s important to us that the product is up to the job for our customers. We strive to give excellent service and provide our customers with products that we believe are the best on the market.

“The product has been thoroughly tested with Strainrite, Nicopress and other brand crimps on the market. Tensile pull tests have also been carried out on 200kpsi smooth wire, and the Nicopress and Strainrite sleeves held until the breaking point of the wire. The wire broke before the sleeve slipped.”

To ensure quality, several field tests were conducted, including pull tests of hand crimped sleeves vs Milwaukee crimped sleeves, with the Milwaukee product holding stronger using a Strainrite EZE Crimp Tool.

Mr Holden said: “The tool is an attribute to its commercial build quality with a 3 year product warranty, and one we’ve used personally in the field. As a fencing contractor myself, we use all the tools we sell to give us extra insight into what the professional contractor needs to make their working life easier. The Milwaukee ForceLogic crimper with the dies was even better than expected allowing us to crimp 13 wires in under 3 minutes.”

Holden Fencing Imports are the sole importer of the Dies in Europe.
