Kverneland adds new spreader to its range

Kverneland‘s has launched a new fertiliser spreader, adding to its range of Exacta twin disc models.

The CL W Pro is a narrow frame model and replaces the single weigh-cell CL EW model. The use of four 2.5 capacity load cells combine with a reference sensor to improve the machine’s weighing accuracy and reliability. With a full complement of weigh cells, the new model offers greater precision and provides a plug-and-play feature, being ISO 11783 compatible.

The improved technology enables the spreader to carry out basic GEOSPREAD section control functions when purchased with a licence key. The basic model of the machine has a 1300-litre hopper capacity and it can be equipped with extensions to boost carrying capacity. One extension delivers an 1,800-litre capacity; two extensions create 2,300 litres, and a third – the maximum available for this model – delivers a 2,800 litre hopper capacity.

Spread widths for the model can reach between 10-33 metres and its spreading discs each carry eight vanes. These are fed from Kverneland’s CentreFlow distribution system that starts the fertiliser acceleration process before it reaches the vanes.

Standard specification includes a folding hopper cover, hopper sieves, mudguards for disc and vane protection, ExactLine border spreading device, and LED road lights.
