    New appointment at Kuhn

Kuhn Farm Machinery has appointed a new parts and Amenity Pro sales specialist to cover the south of England and Wales. Graham Monteith will be responsible for the promotion, supply and prompt delivery of genuine parts, alongside sales and technical support for the Amenity Pro range of amenity, horticultural and landscape maintenance equipment.

Mr Monteith comes from an agricultural background, having grown up on a family farm in Gloucestershire. His interest in machinery developed during his time as a mechanic at a local dealership, which he used to finance his studies in an engineering-related degree at Coventry University.

Following a period away from the industry, Mr Monteith has worked in a variety of roles with Case New Holland in Russia and North Africa, for John Deere in Africa and the Middle East, and, most recently, on with his brother in the family beef fattening and livestock haulage business.

“It’s been my ambition to work in the agricultural machinery sector again and I have known and respected Kuhn as a leader and innovator for a long time,” he said. “This is an exciting time to be involved in agricultural and amenity machinery, such is the rate of change in technology and the progression towards a solutions-based approach. I’m relishing the challenge of being a part of a dynamic and progressive team at Kuhn UK.”
