Kuhn fills two new openings to enhance parts supports

Kuhn Farm Machinery has invested in its parts support by employing two new sales specialists; Sarah Govier, who will manage the south of the country and James Fox will cover the north.

Mr Fox is new to Kuhn, while Ms Govier has been with the company for over twenty years, spending some of her career helping customers worldwide.

“I have worked for Kuhn in France, Australia, and the UK, which has given me the opportunity to understand the product range in a variety of farming systems. Parts are an important service sector for Kuhn, especially with the introduction and success of the MyKUHN platform that enables customers to price and order parts online,” she said.

MyKUHN is an online platform that enables customers to source parts, access manuals, read news and benefit from special offers, including finance deals.

“MyKUHN is a strong addition to Kuhn’s service and support offering and we have seen thousands of customers sign up to take advantage of the platform since it was launched in 2019.

“We are continually adding new information and features to the platform so that customers can find information on their machines quickly and easily and then order genuine parts for Click and Collect at their chosen dealer,” explained Siân Pritchard, managing director.

“Having readily available, genuine parts that customers can rely on is crucial to KUHN’s support offering and having the right staff to manage and coordinate this is essential to both the business and our customers. Whilst KUHN will always strive to offer new technology for farming, we are also dedicated to helping farmers maintain existing machines to achieve the best results.”
