Trinity Grain becomes Eureka’s 100th client

Scottish tech company, Eureka Solutions, is celebrating its 100th Oracle NetSuite client. The company, which specialises in business software implementation, works with growing organisations to deploy individualised solutions and build growth.

Eureka’s newest client, Trinity Grain, is being led through a period of growth and development by Caroline Whillock, the new head of finance. She has an existing relationship with Eureka Solutions having been part of their success with virtual reality gaming firm, nDreams. She is confident in the transferability of software solutions across sectors.

She said: “I am delighted to be working with Eureka Solutions again. It’s a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success and sustainability of Trinity Grain for our membership.”

Having recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with Oracle NetSuite, Eureka has grown more than 250% to become a £5m+ business, employing more than 70 staff. Its success has been proven across industries, such as life sciences, sports and technology.

CEO, David Lindores, believes that the engaged and talented staff at Eureka Solutions and their ability to maintain and retain business are the reason for the company’s continued success. He said: “Reaching our 100th customer is a brilliant achievement – the fact that it is thanks to a returning customer is the cherry on top. Achieving this major milestone means we are the biggest NetSuite provider in Scotland, one of the biggest in the UK and a major player in Europe. “

Trinity Grain was established by farmers, for farmers. Mr Lindores said: “Trinity Grain is a fascinating business that provides an invaluable service to the farming community and we look forward to delivering a successful project and nurturing a long-term partnership.”

One of Ms Whillock’s top priorities at Trinity Grain has been finding the right software for the organisation. After drawing up a shortlist of possible companies to work with, she and her team were impressed with the time commitment from Eureka solutions to understanding Trinity Grain’s needs.

She added: “Unlike the alternative partners we approached, Eureka Solutions don’t charge for this time, they invest it to ensure any subsequent project is thoroughly scoped.

“They don’t bulk up the number of chargeable ‘days’, they just do what is required to deliver successfully. Their transparency is such that during our last project, they actually ‘banked’ days not used for us to call down in the future, rather than charging us for unnecessary work.”

Oracle NetSuite is a comprehensive suite of business management software that integrates all the important areas and processes of a business so that teams can get instant access to crucial data within one system – easily accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Benefits include making financial management more efficient, reducing IT support costs and cutting business continuity costs. NetSuite is used by more than 32,000 major businesses across 200 countries.
