Dunstall Holdings Limited, which owns both Rea Valley Tractors and Teme Valley Tractors, along with other subsidiaries RVT Commercial Vehicles, Altegra Integrated Solutions Limited and Altegra Access & Security Systems Limited, has announced that it will file a notice of intention to appoint administrators
The Group states that ongoing challenges across the business have led to this decision. A statement on the Rea Valley website reads:
‘The Group is not currently in administration and continues to trade with the support of its key stakeholders.
‘This step provides the opportunity to explore options for the best route forward for the future of the business.’
