Manitou Group has signed a cross-distribution agreement with HD Construction Equipment (HDCE), which will reportedly strengthen the worldwide offering of both companies.
HDCE offers construction equipment, with a business portfolio that includes engines and aftermarket solutions.
Through the agreement, Manitou will gain access to additional compact product lines engineered by HDCE, which will be made available under the Gehl and Manitou brands and associated dealer networks.
HDCE will leverage Manitou’s engineering and manufacturing solutions to enhance its own catalogue.
Manitou believes the agreement will contribute around 5% to its total sales.
