Zurn UK, which distributes Zurn Harvesting and LaForge equipment, will now offer the Dutch-built Agribumper range. The latest front weight, with a large storage box, was exhibited for the first time at the Rieder trade fair from the 9th to the 12th of September.

Weights from 200kg to 2,000kg are available, fitted as standard with LED daytime running lights, indicators, width markings and underride protection for modern tractors, with the use of the front hydraulics and front PTO.

“With the Agribumper front weight, every tractor attracts attention more quickly. Oncoming traffic can better perceive the tractor equipped with it in all (weather) conditions. It is a precaution to prevent frontal collisions,” explained company boss Henk Martin Bloemendal.

The new Toolbox-Line can be fitted with front weights from 400kg to 1,800kg. It is a lockable storage pace with a capacity of 145 litres. Standard features include a large, fold-out lid that can be used as a tool bench, or even as a table for lunch.

It is designed to be as short as possible and usually mounts on the Cat 3 front hydraulics and top link. The width of the system can be adjusted between 220cm and 260cm and the Toolbox-Line retains the LED running lights, turn signals, bumpers and width markings.

“Without additional weight, the Toolbox-Line weighs approx. 400 kg and can remain permanently installed so that the tractor is always safer,” said Mr Bloemendal.

Additional weight blocks, from 200kg to 300kg, can be fitted to the side, mounted underneath, or place inside the Toolbox-Line. It is manufactured using 15mm to 25mm thick 355 steel and the unit can also be mounted onto the rear linkage if necessary. According to the company, it extends the front dimensions of the tractor by just 15cm to 25cm and it can be delivered in any tractor livery, or with extra-large red or white striping.

When uncoupled it stands on three legs and can be easily moved using a forklift or telehandler.
