Massey Ferguson has reinvigorated its MF Activa straw-walker combine range, with the addition of three new models and a host of new features and options.

New features of the Activa combine range include independent concave adjustment – front and rear, which can be set electronically from the cab. A new Sectional Concave design now enables concaves to be easily and quickly changed when moving between different crops; a Multi Crop Separator (MCS) option is now available for all Activa models, which Massey Ferguson says will increase overall separation by up to 20%.

For the operator, all combine models include a standard, air-suspended seat, plus seat-mounted armrests and a multi-function lever. The lever offers electronic control of the hydrostatic transmission and includes the unloading auger switch – other commonly employed switches are arranged along the side of the new armrest.

All models come with the Agritronic terminal, with standard grain loss monitor, while options are available for electric sieve adjustment, a coolbox, and a rear camera.

“These superb little machines are designed specifically for those looking to secure their own harvests,” said Jérôme Aubrion, director marketing Massey Ferguson, Europe and Middle East.

“MF Activa combines offer users an unrivalled combination of the latest technology with exceptional comfort and control, ease of use and well-proven features.”

“Like their predecessors, they are easy to use and deliver reliable and outstandingly versatile harvesting performance,” he concluded.
