Börger’s BioSelect separator for farms and AD plants is now available as a mobile unit, suitable for car or truck trailers and available in a range of capacities to suit different applications.
The new Powerlift can be built for outputs between 25m3 and 150m3 per hour and comes equipped with a feed pump, macerator, liquid phase pump and control system, alongside the separator.
It can also be hydraulically lifted to a discharge height of 4.3m so that large dump trucks can be filled.
An in-house rotary lobe pump feeds the system, while also sucking through material to be chopped. The separator is load-triggered, capable of achieving a dry solids content of 38%, with the feed pump in place to avoid overloading.
