Slurry specialists Vredo is now offering its proven ZBF slurry injection system with a bolt-on umbilical system, making the machine better suited to the UK market and increasing its versatility.
The main unit remains unchanged (and reportedly can be returned to tanker fitment in a matter of minutes). It’s available in working widths from 5.2m to 7.2m and is constructed from a galvanised box beam frame. It features Vredo’s in-house double-disc system, opening the ground ahead of the slurry piping. Each disc element is individually, mechanically suspended for ground following.
The bolt-on umbilical kit includes a towing arm and all the relevant piping. It can also be attached with a flow meter for accurate measurement of the slurry being applied. The kit is supplied by the Vredo UK team and fitted ahead of delivery to the customer.
