Fendt dealer Hamilton Ross Group has agreed heads of terms to acquire Ancroft Tractors Ltd, with the deal expected to complete on the 31st of March.
Ancroft Tractors operates from Berwick-upon-Tweed, Macmerry and Kelso, and has built a strong reputation for customer service and support across the Borders and surrounding areas.
The acquisition will reportedly support Hamilton Ross Group’s strategy of strengthening its regional dealer network, expanding its presence across the Borders, Lothians and Northumberland.
Ancroft Tractors will operate as part of the Group, with its three locations integrated into the wider network. Customers will reportedly deal with the same teams, with wider parts, technical and operational backup from Hamilton Ross Group.
