The acquisition of Murley Agricultural Supplies Ltd, including its agriculture, construction, garden machinery and smallholders & estates operations, by T H White has now been completed. Both the Stourport and Warwick premises were included in the purchase, although Murley’s vehicle business was not part of the sale.

T H White hopes to combine its own resources with Murley’s track record in its sectors to provide increased levels of customer service and support. The Warwick branch will now trade as T H White Agriculture, with the garden machinery side continuing as T H White Country Store & Garden Machinery. In Stourport, construction operations will now trade as T H White Construction, with T H White Agriculture handling agricultural business.

The deal extends T H White’s territory into Warwickshire and Worcestershire, where it will continue to offer New Holland, Manitou and other leading brands. Murley’s Doosan construction franchise at Stourport has now also been added to T H White’s construction portfolio, which includes Manitou, New Holland and Mecalac.

The new branches are located at:

    • Nelson Lane, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 5JB
    • Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Titton, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 9QB

Opening hours will remain the same and they have been no changes in staff. T H White added that customers will now be able to benefit from the businesses being part of a larger group that has built its reputation on helping people get the best from their machinery.
