Bauer will showcase the new Rainmaster A4 irrigator, extending the range and marketed between the existing compact A series and the larger T portfolio. It is available with polyethylene hoses from 75mm up to 250mm in diameter, for flow rates between 12-48cu m/hr.
Combined with the company’s wide-angle SR101 sprinkler, it can handle runs up to 70m wide, with boom systems also available to provide gentle irrigation. It’s built with galvanised steel components, constructed in Bauer’s Austrian headquarters.
It can be controlled through the company’s SmartRain app, which provides alerts, reports and control functions for remote management, enabling monitoring of several irrigation units simultaneously.
The A4 will be shown alongside updates to the Bauer slurry tank range, including contactless forced steering, shown on the rear axle of a 21,000 litre machine. The tanker will also feature new field application software, and be shown with a Vogelsang 24m SwingMax dribble bar. Bauer’s range of Helix submersible and pto-driven pumps will also be on the stand, alongside its slurry separators.
