John Deere has announced changes to its aftermarket parts solutions, including a reassessment of its parts portfolio, distribution channels and brand offerings.
“This approach ensures customers have access to the right solution at every stage of ownership, whether they are looking for premium performance, cost-effective alternatives, or sustainable remanufactured options,” said James Child, Manager, aftermarket & customer support marketing in Europe at John Deere.
This includes expanding the ExtraParts offering into more European countries. This partnership with Kramp enables dealers to support customer fleets, including accessories and parts for other brands.
The announcement comes as Kramp takes on the Vapormatic range of products, after John Deere announced its closure.
