After consecutive months of year-on-year declines, the Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA) has announced that tractor registrations for August 2022 were 0.6% above the same month last year.
At 834 units, tractor registrations were just five machines than in August 2021 and only slightly ahead of the average over the last five years.
The total for January to August 2022 now sits at 8,227 machines, a year-on-year reduction of 5.4%, as supply chain disruptions continue to play havoc across the industry.
